Collin/CeSick was born October 25th 1991 in Columbus, Ohio. He was raised there his entire life while also spending summers in Florida. From a young age all types of music had influence upon him, ranging from Michael Jackson to UGK, Blink 182 to John Mayer. Keeping an open mind while he was young shaped CeSick into a widely diverse artist. A strong history of poem writing has given him a smooth flow, and when put to live instruments the outcome is overtaking. A sound not to be expected, with a hint of the southern soul that J Dilla and 9th Wonder bring, mixed with new school concepts and sounds for some more aggressive tracks.
Just now emerging onto the hip hop scene, this is not CeSick’s first step into the music industry. In recent years he was a part of a punk/metal band where he played guitar and also sang. Though the band never signed, they traveled Ohio and the neighboring states playing with nationally known, signed bands.
Within the past year CeSick was introduced to V-Dot, CEO of AllDis¥enRecords through a mutual friend at a show. Since then it has been all work. CeSick is now signed and is a part of AllDis¥en Records and has made appearances on ¥en Music Fast Forward. He is now working on his first solo project and much more.
